The Story Behind The Tidy Tool…

As an avid golfer, I noticed that there was nothing out there that could clean up my golf clubs immediately after a shot if I was away from my golf bag. While out on the course one day with a friend, I noticed that he would take a tee out of his pocket and clean the grooves of his clubface. A thought came across my mind, “it sure would be nice to have a tool like that tee with a brush on it as well to clean up our clubs.” Right then and there, an idea started brewing.

After much research, and dirty clubfaces, I set out to design a tool that could be of help. With a lot of late nights, sweat, and starting over, I came up with the Tidy Tool in my garage, made from a fallen White Oak in my back yard after a big storm.

The Tidy Tool was put to the test at a golf tournament, where I competed against other avid golfers. I was asked about the little tool countless times. From there, I decided to begin my journey with making the Tidy Tool a staple in the pockets of golfers everywhere.
